Withered Spirit of the Ephemeral Rainfall

about

Semi-improvised, multi-instrumental soundscape performance sat in between recordings of heavy rainfall that happened day after day for about a week.

Sometimes I think nature is trying to tell me something, this piece is a personification and abstraction of my mental imagery regarding the subject of heavy yet non-destructive weather.

Many take weather for granted and don't understand the complexity of nature, however our continued existence as humans is due to weather like the rainfall in this recording.
